Fischer Farms

The Broad Ripple Fish Market is now Carrying Fischer Farms Products. I have been looking for a local source for Red Meat and Pork Products. And Based  on feedback from out customers who wanted healthier meat choices than what can be found in local grocery stores. 

I spent a lot of time searching for a perfect fit that had the same commitment to their meat as we do to our Seafood and Menu. After my wife and I went down to the Fischer Farm/Processing Center for an entire day, getting to know Dave, Diana and Joseph Fischer we were all in and 100% onboard.

 We were careful to listen and absorb how passionate the Fischer Family is to their Brand, Employees and most importantly Animals. Dave showed us the Farm and how bio diverse the soil is based on the rotation of grains and crops that feed all 1600 cattle. That the cattle have a ratio of 1-2 cows  per acre to graze and chill under the sun and stars all day and night. And how scientific Dave is with the genetics of there cows which creates unheard of marbling, flavor and tenderness in the beef. The Cows are grazing with 6-7 different grasses and plants there entire lives and finished on home grown corn. 

Our mission statement at Broad Ripple Seafood Market is "Know What Your Eating" and We Take That Very Seriously as we're the gate keepers for our customers who trust us and now Fisher Farms is in our Inner Circle  for  that Trust.
