The Broad Ripple Fish Market gets all its fish delivered from the first Seafood Processing Facility located in downtown Indianapolis. The 6,500 square foot facility is State of the Art complete with the latest Ozonation Technology. It has been built to handle over 6,000 pounds a week of intake and processing of the freshest Dayboat Finfish, Patagonian Salmon, Sushi Grade Tuna, Seabass as well as a variety of Shellfish, Crab and Lobster.
We have our fresh fish products flown or trucked in from the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf of Mexico every day. We process the fish that same day and have it delivered to the top restaurants in Indianapolis and surrounding areas as well as to our Retail Fish Markets.
The Broad Ripple Seafood Market has innovated the Fish Business in Indianapolis by decreasing out-of-state distribution and delivering fish to your table in days instead of weeks. As part of our commitment to providing our clients with the freshest products we have added Ozonation Technology to our Processing Facility. This allows us to destroy all bacteria, viruses, and any other pathogens on the fish immediately. Through this same technology we disinfect our entire Facility daily by using only ozonated water; no chemicals or bleaches are needed.
